Career Center Office Representative (AC)(PT)

Duties:
  • Reports to the Director, Worthington Atlantic City Campus Student Services and Institutional Career Services
  • Provides assistance to student to make informed career and degree option decisions using Career Center resources
  • Assists with campaign to engage students to utilize the services of the Career Center
  • Assists with coordination, publication and registration for area programming
  • Assists with facilitation of area workshops
  • Organizes and files materials
  • Maintains displays and bulletin boards
  • Assists with the development of career events and publications
  • Prepares flyers, mailers and other materials to publicize Career Center resources and services
  • Assists with scheduling speakers and college representatives
  • Assists with organization, publicizing and completing scholarship applications
  • Maintains a list of local employment opportunities
  • Performs related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associates Degree
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to consistently meet established goals and deadlines
